It has been exactly one year since we lost our beloved app. but it doesn't feel that way at all. that one day last year felt as if it was a nightmare and never recovered from it. although it felt like he was right here with us. his movies were still hitting the big screens, one after the other, and we got to see Appu again. not once, not twice but three times. James, Luckyman, and now Gandhada Gudi. we have been watching his movies in the theatres this whole year. but it is agonizing for me to say this, but we won't be able to watch any of his new movies at the theatres anymore. this movie or documentary doesn't feel like it was a documentary it feels like he was talking to us and we were experiencing those adventures with him, all that shows how down-to-earth, humble and modest he was. the way he talks to his fans is the most beautiful thing ever. the documentary was precisely 1 hour and 30 minutes long, it felt as if it had started and just ended in a snap. all I was thinking about when I was watching the movie was 'i don't want this to end. watching Appu again was extremely emotional. I could watch even one scene in this movie without tearing up. and not like a single tear in my eye, tears are rolling down my face. and the cinematography is just exquisite. they have shown Karnataka's nature really beautifully. some beautiful hidden gems we didn't even know about.

Bahubali scenes actually copied from several Hollywood films.

 A twitter user has complied an interesting video edit which clearly shows that Bahubali movie by SS Rajamouli has copied several action scenes and footages from multiple Hollywood movies and spun it into a 2 part movie. However we do not undermine the greatness of the Indian film maker and the film in itself is an interesting insight into how inspiration can be taken and be perceived into something that results in a positive outcome. Several movies like Avatar, Hercules, avengers, 300, god of war gameplay footages have been used as an inspiration to make the biggest and the greatest Indian movie on screen.

the washing machines have become more competent and with the help of ai, they can determine the type of washing required for the clothes. the refrigerators can sense the room temperature and automatically adjust themselves. ai and robotics are now being used even in the medical field, ai and robotics are being used to perform surgeries and they are used for recommending solutions for health issues. 

there is a lot of use for ai and robotics in the automobile and manufacturing industries for automating the manual packaging and assembling processes. in the near future ai and robotics will play a major role in every aspect of humanity and can help people with physical disabilities, ai and robotics will play a role in the automation of all household chores. 

we have seen in restaurants that they have used robots to serve the food instead of human waiters, we have seen in airports at reception kiosks which can help the passengers instead of human receptionists,

 there are robots available that can be used as pet animals such as sony Aibo.

the other aspect of ai and robotics is that if not trained properly it could lead to disastrous situations, misuse of robotics and ai by antisocial elements is also possible, ai and robotics could be used to steal data or harm humanity in general. some of these issues have been shown in movies and tv shows like Endhiran and black mirror. therefore AI and robotics must be used with responsibility and for constructive purposes.

What is Annual Information Statement and how to download AIS from new income tax portal

The income tax department has launched an information statement called Annual Information Statement or AIS. It is a comprehensive statement containing details of all the financial transactions such as income, expenses, investments, tax deducted etc. of an individual. Here are the steps to download AIS and check the information in it.

The newly launched Annual Information Statement (AIS) is a tool that tells taxpayers what the tax department knows about them. AIS is a comprehensive statement containing details of all the financial transactions undertaken by you in a financial year (FY), i.e. it contains the information that are specified under the Income-tax Act, 1961

AIS contains information related to income earned from various sources such as salary, dividend, interest from savings account, recurring deposits sale and purchase of equity shares, bonds, mutual funds etc. The statement also contains information related to TDS, TCS and any tax demand or refundHere is how you can download your AIS from the e-filing website.

Steps to download AIS from new income tax portal
Step 1: Login into your account on the government's e-filing portal at www.incometax.gov.in.


Step 2: Under the 'Services' tab, select 'Annual Information Statement (AIS)'. A pop-up will appear on your screen. Click on 'Proceed'. You will be redirected to another website.

Step 3: On the web page tab that opens, select 'AIS'.

Step 4: You will have to select either of the two options: Taxpayer Information Summary (TIS) or Annual Information Statement (AIS). It will also show the financial year for which AIS is being downloaded, your PAN and name.

How to calculate? Sub registrar guidance value in Bangalore 2022

Step 1: Visit the Kaveri website at kaverionline.karnataka.gov.in to calculate sub-registrar guidance value in Bangalore 2022.

Step 2: Opt for basic or advanced search to search for the guideline value.

Step 3: Type in details of district, area name, property usage type, property type, total area and measurement to calculate guideline value Bangalore. Other fields will be auto-populated and you will be shown a valuation of the building rate.

Step 4: Other details that you may want to enter are about the construction type, annexure rules, parking type etc. This will throw up a total valuation of the property.

 

 

If you are opting for an ‘advanced search', you will have to enter extra information pertaining to the registration district and the SRO Office.
