lage raho munna bhai! review -By Neha

after watching Munna Bhai mbbs, I was really tempted to watch Lage Raho Munna Bhai, and man this movie was also amazing,

(Munna Bhai MBBS review- https://krmadhukar.blogspot.com/2021/10/munnabhai-mbbs-review-by-neha.html

I was pretty confused at first while watching Lage Raho Munna Bhai because there's a completely different ending in Munna Bhai mbbs, and it didn't start with the ending of Munna Bhai, this movie is always really good and I enjoyed it a lot. and of course, Munna Bhai never fails to make you laugh, again in this movie there's the depiction of friendship and love, Lage Raho Munna Bhai stars Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi, Vidya Balan, and Boman Irani. it was released on 1st September 2006. A gangster hopelessly falls in love with a radio jockey but lies to her about being a true Gandhian. Although he ends up hurting her, he also undergoes a change and genuinely begins helping people. it definitely a sort of different storyline from Munna Bhai mbbs, nevertheless amazing. and of course, it's also on my top 5 favorite movies list, (the 1st one being titanic of course and the 2nd one being Lagaan, 3rd one being Lage Raho Munna Bhai and the 4th one being Lage Raho Munna Bhai if you guys wanna know what my 5th favorite movie is, read this blog: https://krmadhukar.blogspot.com/2021/10/rathnan-prapancha-review-by-neha.html )

there was supposed to be a third part called "Munna Bhai Chale America." but that one never came. which is really disappointing, I really wanted to watch the third part but oh well. what can ya do? I rate Lage Raho Munna Bhai a 4 out of 5, I loved it so much but I just didn't think that it was as good as Munna Bhai mbbs. anyway, that's it for this blog, comment down and let me know what you guys think about Lage Raho Munna Bhai, and I'll see you in the next one, ciao!

munnabhai mbbs review -By Neha

I've actually seen Munna Bhai mbbs once before when I was a kid, but of course, I didn't remember most of it, I kept getting so many Deja Vus while I was watching it. it actually started off when Sanju arrived on Netflix a couple weeks ago, that's when my family and I started watching it. and I saw the mention of Munna Bhai mbbs of course since it was such a huge part of Sanjay Dutt's career. and I do remember watching it but I wanted to watch it again, and that's how it began. I love this movie so much, it ranks 3rd in my top 5 favorite movie list, 1st being titanic of course and second, being Lagaan. it just makes you so happy and you forget everything else and now you're deep into this beautiful world. Munna is a goon who sets out to fulfill his father's dream of becoming a doctor. With some help from his ally, Circuit, he enrolls himself in a medical college and drives Dr. Asthana up the wall. Munna Bhai mbbs came out on 19th December 2003, and the same director who directed Sanju, is the same person for Munna Bhai mbbs as well, who is Rajkumar Hirani. all of Rajkumar Hirani's movies that I've seen are amazing. this movie is literally friends but in a movie. well it's not the exact story of course but it has a very similar goal, which is making everyone smile and laugh, it does that successfully. and oh my god, it is so freaking FUNNY. the thing I find to be really funny in this movie is Munna Bhai and circuit's accent. and there's also a depiction of friendship, family, and love. which makes this movie so beautiful.

and there are some amazing actors in this movie, starring Sanjay Datt and Gracy Singh, Sunil Dutt, Arshad Warsi, and Borman irmani, everyone's acting is just so on point. and Sanjay Dutt has given an incredible performance as Munna Bhai. I rate it a 5 out of 5 stars. (the only other movie, I've rated 5 stars after titnaic)

Rathnan Prapancha review -By Neha

I watched this movie with my family today,  and while I was writing this blog, the movie hadn't ended yet, and I just saw the climax and wow this movie is so beautiful. it's so emotional and it really makes you appreciate everything that you have in life. and the way that the story is written is just marvelous. the movie is available on amazon prime video if you guys want to watch it, and I really recommend it. Rathnan Prapancha is a Kannada film written and directed by Rohit Padaki and produced by Karthik and Yogi G Raj under the banner KRG Studios. Rathan prapancha is one of those movies, you have to watch before you die. this movie is definitely on my top 5 favorite movies list. and all the actors have done such an amazing job. Rathnan Prapancha is a Travel Dramedy that tells the tale of Ratnakara, an average middle-class guy in his late twenties. Unlike his peers who’re already settled and are exploring other avenues in their lives, he’s stuck in a house with an unwanted companion; his mother, Saroja. Just when things couldn’t get any worse Ratnakara gets a phone call that turns his life upside down. the rating for this movie on IMDb is 9.5/10 and 99% likes from Google users.

the music in this movie is also absolutely wonderful. my rating for this movie would have to be 4.5 out of 5 stars. the climax is so meaningful and wonderful, but the entire movie overall, isn't amazing, I felt like there were some unnecessary scenes in between. but if you see the entire movie as a whole, including the climax and everything, it's just wonderful, and i definitely recommend this movie.

titanic (1997) facts. -By Neha Madhukar.

if you guys follow me on Instagram, you guys must know that Titanic is my favorite movie of all time.

(link to my Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/itsnehamadhukar/ )

and if you guys have read some other blogs that I've written, (https://krmadhukar.blogspot.com/2021/09/facts-about-friends-by-neha.html ) well if you haven't, I research about my favorite tv shows and movies A LOT, and I'm writing this blog because I wanna share my knowledge. and also because I know there are millions of other titanic fans, who would be interested in this topic.

if you guys haven't seen titanic (i bet most of you have) and you don't know the story. well go watch it right now, what are you waiting for! anyway, I'm still gonna explain the story a bit. 17-year-old Rose (Kate Winslet)  hails from an aristocratic family and is set to be married. when she boards the Titanic, she meets Jack Dawson (Leonardo Dicaprio), an artist and she falls in love with him. titanic was released on December 17, 1997. and the movie has been a blockbuster, everyone knew titanic and everyone still does, titanic is the legendary movie which was made in the '90s and nothing like this has ever been released up until date. I love this movie so much, and I've rewatched it 202 times (yeah I keep count.) and I read the movie script 5 times. and if you guys want to know more about how I'm obsessed, check out this blog: https://krmadhukar.blogspot.com/2021/02/how-i-am-obsessed-with-titanic-by-neha.html

1. It cost more to make Titanic the movie than Titanic the ship. Cameron and the company spent $200 million to make the film in 1997, while the ship cost $7.5 million. As "time" pointed out in 2016, that number would be $180 million after adjusted inflation. and the funny thing that I just realized is that they built another titanic and filmed a movie about it and they sunk it, isn't the ship that James Cameron built for this movie the titanic 2? but well I found fact to be bizarre but it also makes sense, since the original Titanic was built 84 years before they built the "movie prop" and so, of course, it's going to be much more expensive than what was built 84 years ago, 109 years ago now. and if someone tried to build the same ship today, it would certainly be a lot more expensive than the titanic James Cameron built.

2. the underwater footages of the titanic at the beginning of the movie are footage from the real Titanic, James Cameron took. I didn't know this, but my dad did, and he explained it, the first time I watched the movie.... when I was a bit older. (the actual first time I watched titanic was when I was 8, and all of my friends and cousins have seen the movie at the age of 8 years old.) we watched it in 3D and all the beautiful stardust was just mesmerizing to our eyes. and that scene just gives you goosebumps. and the music which plays right at the beginning of the movie is so beautiful, but when you rewatch titanic, all the music and everything just hits different, at the beginning of the movie, while the song plays, you're thinking "such beautiful music" and when you're rewatching it, you're just crying. that's it. Two of Cameron's passions—filmmaking and diving—blended in his work on the movies The Abyss and Titanic. ... He has made 72 deep submersible dives, including 33 to Titanic, logging more hours on that ship than Captain Smith himself. Of these dives, 51 were in Russian Mir submersibles to depths of up to 16,000 feet. James Cameron went on 12 dives to the real Titanic himself and found it an overwhelming emotional experience to actually see the sunken ship. During his first trip, he was so goal-oriented that he managed to film the shots he wanted, but as soon as he was back on the surface, he broke down in tears after finally realizing the magnitude of the historic tragedy that he had just witnessed. He ended up spending more time with the ship than its living passengers did.

3. if all the present-day scenes (1996) were deleted leaving only those taken place in 1912, the film would run for exactly 2 hours and 40 minutes - the exact time it took for Titanic to sink. when I read this, my mind was blown. and when it said 2 hours and 40 minutes, that rang a bell and it made so much sense. these kinds of hidden meanings from directors in movies, I'm all in for. and if I were ever to be a director, I would do something like this. James Cameron is just an amazing director, he hasn't directed a lot of movies, but the ones that he does, all of his movies have been blockbusters, avatar, which is the highest-grossing movie in the current day. and the terminator, and titanic, which I'm pretty sure everyone can agree with, is the best movie that he's ever made. and I was so obsessed with this movie, that I even started listening to a podcast about it. called "James Cameron's titanic, scene by scene"

and listening to this podcast made me feel amazing, as they were explaining the behind-the-scenes and how it was all done, it made me relive the movie. I truly loved and enjoyed the podcast.

4. James Cameron didn't want an actual song with lyrics in the film, not even over the closing credits (he thought it didn't fit tonally)  but composer late James Horner (RIP) however, was struggling to end the movie on a strongly emotional note, so, He secretly arranged with lyricist Will Jennings and singer Céline Dion to write "My Heart Will Go On", using the central musical theme of the movie as a melody. A demo tape was recorded with most of 20th Century Fox top brass in attendance, who loved the song. Horner then presented the recording to Cameron, who responded very favorably, although he had no idea who the singer was (when told it was his fellow Canadian Celine Dion, he responded: "Oh, she's big, right?"). He included the song over the closing credits, and it went on to win the Academy Award for Best Original Song. and turns out Celine Dion wasn't actually interested in recording the demo version, but her late husband René Angélil and her manager convinced her to record it, she revealed it herself in the James Corden show.

5. Jennifer Aniston could have been Rose, James Cameron considered some of the most popular actresses at that time, and of course, Jennifer was one of them, Jennifer Aniston was considered the "it" girl in the '90s. because of her role in friends, of course. and I freaked out when I found out about this. friends is my favorite tv show, and it was so popular, and I know so many people think it's overrated and disgusting, but there's one thing I wanna tell those people. read this: https://krmadhukar.blogspot.com/2021/09/why-friends-is-not-overrated-by-neha.html anyway, but of course, she wasn't offered the role, she was just considered for it, and I'm pretty sure she wouldn't have turned it down if she would have but that would've been her decision, and of course she was also busy with friends (with the tv show friends and with her friends, the cast of friends) at the time. but apparently, Kate Winslet read the script and she "wept buckets" (who was 19 at the time) and she knew she would do anything to get this role, and she sent James Cameron a dozen of roses, and signed them with "from your rose"
and I mean I'm also glad kate got the role, but I'm also mad at James because I know that Jen would've done an amazing job in playing rose, I know so many people cant picture her as rose, neither could I, and it's probably because everyone saw her as Rachel for 10 years, but she definitely could've pulled it off. and there are so many other a lister actors who could've starred in titanic, check out this blog if you guys wanna know! https://krmadhukar.blogspot.com/2021/05/22-actors-who-could-have-starred-in.html

6. titanic was actually filmed in a 17 million gallon tank, not a swimming pool (I've heard that so many times) James Cameron revealed that himself on the Oprah show. The post-sinking scenes were shot in a 350,000 gallon (1,300,000 L) tank where the frozen corpses were created by applying a powder on the actors that then crystallized when exposed to water. Wax was applied to hair and clothes to create a wet look. when I found out that it was filmed in a 17 million gallon tank, I was blown. 17 MILLION?! and do you guys remember the iconic scene from titanic, and didn't the sunset look beautiful, well turns that the sunset was real!

I thought that the sunset must have probably been computer-generated  (CGI) or green screen, but it was real, and since it was a real sunset, they only had a couple of minutes to film the perfect shot,  they'd have to wait for the next day if they messed up. Titanic was shot at Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and Fox Baja Studios in Rosarito, Mexico.
The set had been purposely built at a seaside location to capture natural light, and eight days of filming were available to capture the bow shot kissing scene. For obvious reasons, there were only a few minutes per day to shoot the scene, but every time, something wasn't quite right. The crew resorted to filming rehearsal shots in the hope that conditions would improve the next day. The final day had an overcast sky, so no one expected to get a better shot. But just before the day was about to end, the sky suddenly cleared. James Cameron quickly scrambled the crew together, Kate Winslet was hastily pulled out of make-up, and the scene was finished just before another cloud appeared. Due to all the haste, the shot was slightly out of focus, but Cameron nevertheless considered it the perfect sunset he had been waiting for, and this is the shot that ended up in the movie. Even though Cameron is a huge advocate for computer-generated effects, he admitted that the magic that they captured on camera that day would have been hard, if not impossible to replicate with CGI.

7. (at around 10 mins) Upon discovering the sketch of young Rose, Brock Lovett says "I'll be goddamned". These were the exact words of Dr. Robert Ballard upon his discovery of the Titanic wreck. I remember asking my dad why he said that when I watched it for the second time last year, and that's very interesting, and I love that James Cameron did that.

8. On the final night of shooting in Nova Scotia, one or more criminals mixed the dissociative hallucinogen PCP (angel dust) into the clam chowder served to the cast and crew. 80 people were taken ill, and more than 50 were taken to the hospital (87-year-old Gloria Stuart was fortunately spared because she had dined elsewhere). Initially, shellfish poisoning was suspected, but when James Cameron noticed that one crew member was demanding to see a priest, the director of photography was leading a conga line, and the assistant director was talking to Cameron over a walkie-talkie while looking straight at him (she even stabbed him in the cheek with a pen when he brought this up to her), he realized that the chowder had been spiked with hallucinogenic drugs. In absence of a purging agent, he forced himself to vomit before the drug took full effect; his bloodshot eyes afterward frightened other crew members into thinking that it was another side effect of the drug. Bill Paxton felt listless for two weeks after the incident (although PCP's primary effects only last a few hours, the drug itself can take eight or more days to completely metabolize out of the body). The culprit(s) were never caught; some disgruntled crew members who had been fired were suspected, but Cameron himself always believed that it was an ex-crew member who had had an argument with the caterer and subsequently poisoned the chowder in an attempt to get the caterer fired as well. this was something I had no idea about, but ow, that's huge.

9. Following her grueling experience on the film, which included a rigorous filming schedule as well as experiencing many hardships and bruises, Kate Winslet said, "You'd have to pay me an awful lot of money to work with James Cameron again" (apparently, her request was granted, because she has been confirmed to appear in Cameron's Avatar 2 (2022)). Leonardo DiCaprio also acknowledged it was a tough shoot, yet he stated that if he would ever do another action movie, he would want Cameron as director. but well, of course, it was a rigorous experience and I'm pretty sure he was strict because he wanted the movie to come out perfect, and it did, there is nothing wrong with titanic. everything is just perfect, and if you compare the titanic that James Cameron built, it looks identical to the real titanic. since the movie is perfect, it was the highest-grossing movie of all time.... until the end game and avatar came along, but to my surprise, avatar is still the highest-grossing movie of all time, considering that it was released 12 years ago. and I'm thrilled that Kate Winslet will be starring in titanic. but I wish Leonardo DiCaprio to also star in avatar 2. it would feel like titanic 2, which we never got, and I know that most of it was based on true events which were why there isn't a part 2, but if he did make part 2 of titanic, it would be interesting if the story was if jack lived.

10. The first Best Picture Academy Award winner to be produced, directed, written, and edited by the same person James Cameron. he was probably the first person, who's movie I've seen which has been directed, written, produced, and edited by the same person.

some pretty great books!

I love reading books, and I've read many. and I've read some good ones over the years, and here are some!

1. looking for Alaska: looking for Alaska is John Green's first novel, published in March 2005 by Dutton Juvenile. Based on his time at Indian Springs School, Green wrote the novel as a result of his desire to create meaningful young adult fiction, the story revolves around miles, Looking for Alaska deals with the universal questions of love, friendship, truth, and the gray areas in between. This story is about Miles, who attempts to reinvent himself in a new school, with new friends and activities, and how his meeting with Alaska Young, a witty and carefree girl, changed his life. and this is the first young adult book that I read and it quickly became my favorite.... until I read the fault in our stars, which is another one of john green's books, and I'll get to it in a moment. I read looking for Alaska in 3 days! this is the first time I read a book in 3 days. the thing that I loved about this book is the fact it's beautiful and this is the first time I read about adolescence. I gave this book a rating of 4 out of 5 stars

2. the fault in our stars- this is my favorite book that I read after looking for Alaska, it's about a cancer patient hazel grace Lancaster, and it is told from the first person's perspective. Despite the tumor-shrinking medical miracle that has bought her a few years, Hazel has never been anything but terminal, her final chapter inscribed upon diagnosis. But when a gorgeous plot twist named Augustus Waters suddenly appears at Cancer Kid Support Group, Hazel's story is about to be completely rewritten. there's also a motion picture movie, which is pretty good but not better than the book. there's another movie about the book, but the book is better than both of the movies. the thing I love about this book is that I had all the feels while I was reading it. and it was so beautiful and most of you guys might know this but this is still a spoiler, so spoiler alert: I bawled my eyes out at the end of the book. and I don't think I have ever cried for any book like I cried for this one. and I don't think I ever will for any other book. this was the first time that I finished a book in a day. literally in a day. I started at 12am and finished at 4. and I know that this was a lot of people's favorite book in middle school. and this has been my favorite book for 8 months, I was putting off reading this book because well I was in a few pages and I thought it was boring, but this book was amazing and there was not one part where I felt bored..... expect the first 5 pages of course, but the entire book was beautiful. I've reread this book 10 times over the past few months. I gave this book a 5 out of 5 stars,

3. let it snow- I know all the really good books I'm reading and recommending are john green books and this one was co-written by him along with 2 other authors-Maureen Johnson, and Lauren Myracle, On Christmas Eve, snowstorm would transform one small town into romantic heaven. Bright colorful lights, snow on the roads, beautiful presents and ribbons make the night glittery. No one could think that a trip to a waffle house through four feet of snow would lead to a love story with an old friend. The story is quite hilarious and gets the reader in the holiday spirit. Let It Snow is an anthology of three short stories, compiled together by a thread written by Maureen Johnson, John Green, and Laureen Myracle. It is a light, fun-loving and festive story. I gave this book a 3 out of 5 stars, this book is one of my favorites but I just didn't like all the 3 stories. specifically the last one. and there's also a movie on Netflix based on this book, which is actually better than the book. this is the only book movie that I've seen which is better than the book. this book would be a perfect read on Christmas eve, and it'll really get you into that merry, Christmas mood. and of course, while I read this book, it wasn't Christmas, but it really felt like Christmas, and I can say one thing, I will be reading this book on Christmas eve for sure.

4. everything everything- oh my god, this is another one of my favorite books, this book revolves around Madeline Whitter, who is apparently allergic to the world. she has never been outside, kind of like house arrest. but not exactly, the blurb at the end of the book says "live life in a bubble, or risk everything for love?" it was such a short synopsis, it wasn't even a synopsis, it was just a blurb. but sounded very interesting and exciting. Everything, Everything is the debut young adult novel by Jamaican-American author Nicola Yoon, first published by Delacorte Books for Young Readers in 2015. The novel centers around 18-year-old Madeline Whittier, who is being treated for severe combined immunodeficiency, also known as "bubble baby disease. I have never heard of this disease, but everything everything is just everything. and shout out to my friend for recommending this book to me. I am completely hooked on this book, I've reread it 4 times, and there's also a movie about this book, but I think the book is 10 times better than the book. I rated this book 5 out of 5 stars, it was such a short and easy read, but it was so beautiful. and I love it so much.

5. all the light we cannot see- this is also one of my favorite books, and this is the best-written book I have ever read. everything was just so beautiful. All the Light We Cannot See is a war novel written by American author Anthony Doerr, published by Scribner on May 6, 2014. It won the 2015 Pulitzer Prize for Fiction and 2015, Andrew Carnegie Medal, for Excellence in Fiction. Marie-Laure lives in Paris near the Museum of Natural History, where her father works. When she is twelve, the Nazis occupy Paris, and father and daughter flee to the walled citadel of Saint-Malo, where Marie-Laure’s reclusive great uncle lives in a tall house by the sea. With them, they carry what might be the museum’s most valuable and dangerous jewel. I did kind of get bored in the middle of the book a little bit, it is 500 pages. it's very long and I kind of felt like there were some unnecessary scenes but I still really loved it. I gave this book a 4 out of 5 stars. and well I didn't exactly understand the book, but I had a friend help me out. there are multiple timelines. but it's interesting once you understand it. and I just heard that there's also going to be a limited series and it's gonna be interesting to watch it.

anyway, that's it for this blog, comment down and let me know what your favorite book is! and also comment down below if you guys want a part 2 of this!  I'll see you guys in the next one, ciao!

What is the new RBI mandate for auto debit transactions in India

With the Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) extended deadline coming to an end, there will be no automatic recurring payment for various services including recharge and utility bill as the additional factor of authentication (AFA) will become mandatory from Friday.

On December 4, had directed all banks including RRBs, NBFCs, and payment gateways that the processing of recurring transactions (domestic or cross-border) using cards or Prepaid Payment Instruments (PPIs) or Unified Payments Interface (UPI) under arrangements/practices not compliant with AFA would not be continued beyond March 31, 2021.

As part of risk mitigation measures, announced this step to bolster safety and security of card transactions.

However, non-readiness of some of the players forced the to extend the deadline on recurring payment such as utility bills, recharge of phone, DTH and OTT, among others, till September 30.

Under the new norms, banks will be required to inform customers in advance about recurring payment due and transaction would be carried following nod from the customer. So the transaction would not be automatic but would be done after authentication from the customer.

For recurring payments above Rs 5,000, banks are required to send a one-time password to customers as per the new guidelines.

Most of the banks including State Bank of India (SBI) have informed their customers about the new rules.

HDFC Bank in a bulk message to customers said as per RBI guidelines on e-Mandate on cards, the bank will decline non-compliant recurring transaction at merchant web or app on your Credit/Debit Card from October 1, 2021.

"Alternate Solution - Retry regular payment on Merchant Web/App authenticated via OTP or Pay via AutoPay in BillPay on our NetBanking for your Electricity /Water/Gas/ Landline/Postpaid mobile/Broadband/Insurance billers," it said.

In August 2019, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) had issued a framework for processing of e-mandates on recurring online transactions.

Initially applicable to cards and wallets, the framework was extended in January 2020 to cover Unified Payments Interface (UPI) transactions as well.

RBI had said the requirement of AFA has made digital payments in India safe and secure and the primary objective of the framework was to protect customers from fraudulent transactions and enhance customer convenience.

In the interest of customer convenience and safety in use of recurring online payments, the framework mandated use of AFA during registration and first transaction (with relaxation for subsequent transactions up to a limit of Rs 2,000, since enhanced to Rs 5,000), as well as pre-transaction notification, facility to withdraw the mandate, etc.

why friends is not overrated. -By Neha

I know, many people think that friends is overrated, and it's their opinion obviously they can't change that, but in my opinion, I don't think it is, I mean people who've seen it if they're saying that it's overrated, I get it. but when people who haven't even seen it go around telling that it's overrated.

you haven't even seen it so. I mean I get it, I've seen the first episode of friends a million times 3-4 years ago, but ended up turning it off because it was boring, but then after I watched it a year ago, I wasn't even obsessed with it, I mean I did like it, but I didn't realize I loved it until I watched the last episode and ended up crying a LOT. at first I thought I also thought it was overrated when I watched the first episode but as I was watching it, I LOVED it. now I know there are some overly silly jokes in it, but it still makes you laugh. and the reason why I don't think it's overrated is that, when so many people were in really dark places, it helped them, and I feel like friends was the reason why people woke up in the morning, okay that might be deep, but I've felt it myself so. and it gives you a reason to smile every day. and of course there are some people who think that it's overrated and that's ok. it's their opinion and it doesn't really matter so.
anyway, that's it for this blog, comment down below what you guys think about friends, and I'll see you guys in the next one, ciao!

facts about friends part 3! -By Neha

if you guys have read the last two blogs that I've written, well if you haven't, it's all about friends. since it's my favorite show and the most popular sitcom ever,

and I've done this 3 times and I just love writing about friends, and if you guys follow me on Instagram you also know this.  https://www.instagram.com/itsnehamadhukar
and now I'm going to be writing another one about some more facts about friends! I've read a friend's trivia book that listed 394 facts about friends. and I remember most of them. so that's how I know...... well that and I also research about tv shows and movies I love a lot. and just to give you guys a warning, this blog does have spoilers, so if you guys haven't seen friends, you might wanna skip on this one, but if you don't care, go ahead and enjoy. but then again who hasn't seen friends.  I don't know I kept spoiling it for myself. I was researching about friends and I would see these little clips and edits and I clicked on them.

1. do you guys remember in the "one where Monica and Chandler get married" joey's late and they can't find an officiant, and Rachel runs to this other wedding (which was happening in the same venue) to get the officiant and she found out that the wedding was greek orthodox and the bride and groom's names were "Anastassakis and Papasafakis." Anastassakis is Jennifer Aniston's original family name. Her paternal grandfather changed it to Aniston when they moved from Greece to the United States when her father was two years old. I did not know Jen was originally from Greece.

2. if you guys watched the reunion, you guys know that the cast always had a huddle before filming each episode, this just makes me so happy and truly warms my heart, and we also got to see them huddling again. and even though I wasn't born when friends started or stopped airing it just feels so nostalgic and I just got very emotional in the reunion, like many other fans.  and this just brings tears to my eyes, every time I see this picture. it just makes me that happy. and to people who think friends is overrated, read this https://krmadhukar.blogspot.com/2021/09/why-friends-is-not-overrated-by-neha.html

3. I don't know if you guys have noticed this but in the episode "the one with after vegas" everyone's last name in the opening credits has"Arquette" in it, and this was because Courtney Cox and David Arquette had actually gotten married, and this is also written at the end of the last episode of the 5th season. and the reason they did this is just that it was a joke! but the couple ended up splitting in 2013.
after I saw that it said for Courtney and "David" for some reason I thought it was David Schwimmer, who was playing ross. monica's brother in friends. and I thought about how weird it must be for two actors who were married, to act like siblings, and of course, I looked it up, and then I found out that she wasn't married to David Schwimmer, she was married to David Arquette.

4. Matthew perry had a drug and gambling addiction, and he had to go to rehab. In an interview with Oprah I believe, he said that he didn't remember filming season 3 to season 6. and I feel like this is an example of, just because you're popular doesn't mean your life feels automatically wonderful. I mean this is Matthew perry from friends, and the fact this was happening to him while filming friends, I can't even imagine what he's been through. and I feel like we should really appreciate the fact that all the six people have had some kind of inconveniences in life, (of course they have, they're people too) they never failed to make us smile, and that credit also goes to the writers of friends. and to all the people who say friends is overrated, read this:

5. Jennifer Aniston almost didn't return for the last season, and she is the most popular friends actor of course, mostly because of friends but also because of many other films she was in including "bruce almighty" and "the good girl" and she also almost starred in titanic! but kate Winslet read the script and she cried "buckets of tears" and she would do anything to get the role. but apparently, James Cameron decided to go with kate. and I kinda hate him for that. I really think Jennifer could have done a better job at playing rose, I LOVE Kate and she's an amazing actress but at that time I think Jen was a bit better. but brad Pitt and the entire friends cast convinced her to come back for one last season, for the last time. (yes I'm crying right now-

6. bruce Willis appeared on friends because he lost a bet to Matthew. he got into a debate with Willis while the two were making The Whole Nine Yards. he believed that the film would be number one in the box office on its opening weekend, but Willis disagreed. In February 2000, the film was number one. Willis was set to appear on Friends as the dad of Ross’s girlfriend and Rachel’s love interest. As a result of the bet, he had to donate his earnings for the guest stint to charity.

7. in the friends reunion Jennifer Aniston revealed that she watches the show as much as a friends fan. and that made me very happy, there are a lot of celebrities who don't watch their own tv shows and movies but Jennifer Aniston is not one of them! and of course she does, its friends. who wouldn't wanna watch friends?

8. it was revealed in the reunion that when matt Leblanc broke his arm, it was actually written in the show, you know because he was jumping on the bed and he fell down, that's whats written into the show, but the real reason he broke his arm was when they were shooting
"the one where no one's ready" do you guys remember when chandler and joey were fighting over the chair, matt jumped on the chair, where he was sitting and he hit his arm, and his shoulder was dislocated. and thats why he wore a cast in "the one with the jam"

9. James Tyler Michael was actually working as a barista in real life when he was cast as Gunther. and he didn't have a line until 33 episodes later when he said "yeah". and his hair was actually bleached by accident, he had a friend who owned a hair styling store and he wanted to test out hair color on him. and afterward he had to bleach his hair for 10 years, and also Gunther didn't even have a name until the middle of the second season.

10.  so I was watching the Netflix documentary called "turning point 9/11" which explains what happens on 9th September 2001, where four terrorist airplanes crashed into the world trade center in new york, its been 20 years now.

so many people died. and four planes crashed into both of the towers, (the twin towers) and of course friends was being shot in new york and friends was also being shot during 2001, and "the one with the Halloween party" is the first episode they shot right after these events. and while i was watching the documentary, I saw so many people who suffered, but then i realised friends was being shot in new york, and all the six people survived and hopefully all the cast survived. but I can't even imagine what happened to everyone who died.

anyway, that's it for this one, comment down below and let me know what you guys think! and also comment down below if you guys want a part 4! I know I love writing this, and you guys seem to like it too, and I'll see you guys in my next one, ciao!

the new ios 15 features! -By Neha

Apple also said that ios 15 will be available on 20th September. and I'm going to be telling you guys some new features of ios 15.

and one of them is that now you can screen share on facetime. I never expected this I don't know why but I did think about how amazing it would be if we could screen share on facetime. and literally the next week... this happens. and you can keep ongoing conversations while watching. and apparently, the volume will automatically lower down while you're talking with the other person. how cool is that! and it's called share play. it's basically the exact same thing as screenshare except this is boujee. and you can also listen together on apple music, that's also in share play. and the next one is spatial audio individual voices sound like they’re coming from the direction in which each person is positioned on your screen, helping conversations flow more naturally and there's also grid view, almost exactly like zoom. and three's also the portrait mode. which is kind of like zoom's blur mode. that's what facetime is now. zoom. Voice Isolation minimizes background noise and puts your voice front and center. When the music or sounds around you are as important as what you have to say, Wide Spectrum leaves the ambient sound unfiltered. and you can also schedule and share "unique" facetime links. again zoom. and I really like this feature which is where you can have facetime calls with people who use android or windows, and it will still be end to end encrypted. this feature is really cool. I can't wait for facetime to be zoom!

and the next one is imessage and memoji

Now the links, images, and other content shared with you in Messages are featured in a new Shared with You section in the corresponding app. You can even reply right from the app you’re enjoying it in — without going back to Messages. so it's basically you click the link that doesn't take you to photos(for example) it's still going to be in messages. and there's also share with you in apps. Shared with You is built into Photos, Safari, Apple Music, Apple Podcasts, and the Apple TV app. and now there are new memojis too. and multiple photos in Messages now appear as a collage or an elegant stack of images that you can swipe through. Tap to view them all as a grid or add a quick Tapback. And save them to your library with just a few taps. Focus helps you stay in the moment when you need to concentrate or step away. Choose from a list of Focus options or create your own to allow only the notifications you want — you can get work done while you’re in the zone or enjoy a distraction‑free dinner. and you can also Stepping away is easier if others know you’re busy. So when you’re using Focus, your status will be automatically displayed in Messages and other communication apps you allow. And for truly urgent messages, there’s still a way for people to notify you.

something like the picture.

and there are new redesigned notifications where you can see the logo of the app.

and there's also a notification summary where you can quickly catch up with a helpful collection of your notifications delivered daily, based on a schedule you set. The summary is intelligently ordered by priority, with the most relevant notifications at the top.

and there are also some new features in maps as well, which unfortunately doesn't work in India,

Explore cities with unprecedented detail for roads, neighborhoods, trees, buildings, and more. Visit amazing 3D landmarks like the Golden Gate Bridge in both the day and dark mode maps. Maps now offers drivers incredible road details and a new dedicated driving map that helps you see current incidents and traffic conditions at a glance.

and there are also updates in safari. The bottom tab bar puts controls right at your fingertips. Swipe left or right on the address bar to move between tabs. Or swipe up to see all your open tabs. this is cool but I don't see the purpose of doing this, if you guys know, let me know in the comments.

and now you can also group tabs!  Save and organize your tabs in the way that works best for you and switch between them easily. Tab Groups sync across devices so you have access to your tabs from anywhere.                                                                                                               Now you can install Safari extensions on your iPhone. And just like on Mac, you can choose when the extensions will be active.

and the next feature is so useful, and it's called live text. Live Text intelligently unlocks rich and useful information in images, so you can make a call, send an email or look up directions with just a tap on the highlighted text in a photo. but I'm still not exactly sure how it works, guess we'll have to see in 3 days! 3 FREAKIN DAYS!

Live Text also works in the Camera app, so you can point your iPhone camera at text on the go and quickly take action on useful information.

and there's also live text translation. Live Text understands seven different languages: English, Chinese, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, and Spanish. And with system-wide translation, you can simply tap and translate.

Spotlight shows you more information at a glance with new rich search results for artists, entertainers, TV shows, and movies, as well as your contacts. And you can now search your photos in Spotlight, and even search based on text in your photos by using Live Text.

I was also thinking about this, LITERALLY, YESTERDAY, because photos automatically add sad music over a happy memory, I mean you can change it but now it'll automatically do that. and now... Memories introduces a new interactive, immersive interface, along with new Memory mixes that let you personalize the look and feel of your story with a song and vibe to match.

and there's also a health app update. Updates to the Health app give you new ways to share data with your loved ones, a metric to assess your risk of falling, and trend analysis to help you understand changes in your health.

and now you can also hide your email

Instantly generate unique, random email addresses that forward to your personal inbox — so you don’t have to share your real email address when filling out a form on the web or signing up for a newsletter. Hide My Email is built into Mail,4 Safari, and iCloud Settings.

and there's so much more!

and that's it for this week's blog, I hope you guys enjoyed it! comment down below and let me know what you guys think. I still can't believe ios 15 is going to be here in 3 days! anyway i'll see you guys in the next one ciao!

iphone 13, apple watch series 7 and so much more!

so the Apple event is over and guess what, The rumors are true! well, the iPhone 13 rumors at least. but we'll get into that in a minute. and I felt like all the announcements were minor and there are some really impressive shots of the announcements and it's just way too impressive for these minor announcements but I feel like they did that to make up for the minor announcements if that makes sense. but the first thing that they announced was the iPad,

no, we didn't get a pro iPad but we did get an iPad mini
oh my god I really want it, it's so mighty and small. and it has the new A15 Bionic chip, a new all-screen design, support for apple pencil, and now in four gorgeous colors
An all-new enclosure features a new edge-to-edge screen, along with narrow borders and elegantly rounded corners.
The 21.08 centimeter (8.3-inch) Liquid Retina display features True Tone, P3 wide color, and ultra-low reflectivity, making text sharp and colors vivid, wherever you are.
and in addition to all of this, THERES A TOUCH ID ON THE FREAKIN TOP BUTTON,
The Wide camera on the back of the iPad mini features a 12MP sensor with Focus Pixels and a large aperture to capture sharp, vivid photos. And the new ISP in the A15 Bionic chip enables Smart HDR 3, for capturing even higher-quality images. The back camera also has a True Tone flash, so you can take great photos in any light, or scan documents and then mark them up. And iPad mini can now record in 4K, making it your mobile movie studio. all of this, in the palm of your hand,

and there's another iPad, they upgraded the most popular iPad

Apple today introduced the new iPad (9th generation), featuring the powerful A13 Bionic chip that packs even more performance and capability into the most popular iPad, all while retaining its all-day battery life.1 Starting at just $329, the new iPad features a 10.2-inch Retina display with True Tone, a 12MP Ultra Wide front camera with Center Stage, support for Apple Pencil (1st generation), and Smart Keyboard, the intuitive iPadOS 15, and twice the storage of the previous generation. The new iPad is available to order beginning today on apple.com, and in stores beginning Friday, September 24. but that's in America, in India all of these products will probably be in stores by end of October or the beginning of November.

the next thing that they announced is the apple watch series 7.
the apple watch series 7 also has pretty minor adjustments,
the screen is 40 percent bigger and there's also
Always-On Retina display. A brighter view of you. You don’t need to raise your wrist or touch the screen to see the time or other information and complications on your watch face, because the display is always on. And now, it’s 70% brighter indoors when your wrist is down.
and there's also a subtle curve at the edges. apple watch series 7 is the most durable watch ever built.
its dust, crack, and water-resistant.
and the messages can fit into the screen 50 percent more.
Series 7 keeps all the things you care about front and center with its larger screen. And with available cellular, you can stay connected to your family, friends, music, notifications, photos, and more — even when you don’t have your phone.

and now there's the iPhone 13 line up which most of the people were actually waiting for.
so the rumors are true, the iPhone 13 has cameras that are placed diagonally with each other. I actually didn't think that the rumors would be true because well people had crazier rumors for the iPhone 12 that there would be four cameras and obviously that was not true. the iPhone 12 looked almost exactly like the iPhone 11 except there are the square sides and the A 14 bionic chip and now in the iPhone 13 there's the A 15 bionic chip!
at least the 13 looks different than the iPhone 11 and 12.
and the notch is thinner, and I think they'll remove the notch in the 15. I have no hope for the 14 as well. and there are 5 new colors in the iPhone 13 (and there's the ceramic shield of course)
there's a new blue finish and in my opinion.  I think this color is better than the iPhone 12 blue, the iPhone 12 was just really bold and bright, whereas this color is more soft and faded. I'm not saying that I don't like the color, I do. I just like this more.

and there's also a pink color this time! I was actually expecting it to be really bad, but it's actually not bad, there's just a little tint of it,

and then there's the new midnight finish, it's more like the black, actually, it is black.

and then there's the starlight which looks like white, but I think there's a little bit of grey mixed in it.

this is probably my favorite iPhone color this year. the new product is red, thank god it's not like the red last year, not that it was bad, obviously, it wasn't I really liked it. but that color was not red, it was more of a coral and kind of orange. it basically looks like kind of any other red iPhone color but I can see a few changes, this year I feel like there's a little more red brick.

and in the iPhone 13, there's a huge camera upgrade, and that's why the cameras are diagonal, that's actually very smart and it looks really good too.
and there's a new dual-camera system.
New Ultra Wide camera reveals more detail in the dark areas of your photos

New Wide camera captures 47% more light for better photos and videos

New sensor-shift optical image stabilization keeps shots steady even when you’re not

New sensor-shift optical image stabilization keeps shots steady even when you’re not
and there's the iPhone 13 mini. and it fits inside it too.

and now there's the pro and pro max.
A dramatically more powerful camera system. A display so responsive, every interaction feels new again. The world’s fastest smartphone chip. Exceptional durability. And a huge leap in battery life.
the 13 pro is 15.4 cm
and the 13 pro max is 17.0 cm

there's also a new color in the pro called "sierra blue" this is kind of similar to the pacific blue in the 12 pro.

and then there's the silver, gold, and graphite,
With its redesigned lens and powerful autofocus system, the new Ultra-Wide camera can focus at just 2 centimeters — making even the smallest details seem epic. Transform a leaf into abstract art. Capture a caterpillar’s fuzz. Magnify a dewdrop. The beauty of tiny awaits.

Macro stills are just the beginning. You can also shoot macro videos — including slow motion and time-lapse. Prepare to be mesmerized.

The new Telephoto camera features a 77 mm focal length and 3x optical zoom — great for classic portraiture or shooting clearer photos and videos from far away. For closer subjects, try Portrait mode, where you can dial in the bokeh and experiment with studio-quality lighting effects.

and there's also the cinematic mode.

Now iPhone can shoot with a shallow depth of field and automatically add elegant focus transitions between subjects. The cinematic mode can also anticipate when a prominent new subject is about to enter the frame and bring them into focus when they do, for far more creative storytelling. You have the option to change focus or adjust the level of bokeh even after capture. We can’t wait to see what you do with it.

The only smartphone that lets you edit the depth effect after you shoot
Shoot with the Wide, Telephoto, or TrueDepth camera in Cinematic mode
Cinematic mode supports Dolby Vision HDR

and you can also edit.
The first smartphone to provide an end-to-end pro workflow, allowing you to record and edit in ProRes or Dolby Vision

Harnessing the machine learning power of the Neural Engine, Smart HDR 4 now makes unique adjustments for multiple people in a scene. Our software and ISP automatically refine contrast, lighting, and skin tones for each person. So everyone always looks amazing

and they also added the new storage 516Gb and in the pro, it's also up to 1 TB
so now it's. 64Gb, 128Gb, 256Gb, 516Gb and in the pro 1TB
and there's also the 120hz in the 13pro and 13pro max.

The new Super Retina XDR display with ProMotion can refresh from 10 to 120 times per second, and all kinds of frame rates in between. It intelligently ramps up when you need exceptional graphics performance, and ramps down to save power when you don’t. It even accelerates and decelerates naturally to match the speed of your finger as you scroll. You’ve never felt anything like it.

iOS 15 is optimized for ProMotion, so the things you do every day feel phenomenally fluid. and I cannot wait for the ios 15!

there are so many new features, so I'm going to be writing another blog about it, so you guys can check that out if you're interested. (link:
