 hey guys, it's me Neha, and yes it's right I really am going to publish a book. at first, I was going to create a blog movie, which is why I made the trailer., so this blog movie was supposed to be a collab with my best friend,  but then we decided not to bring business into friendship and all that stuff, anyway here's the link:

and I'm so excited about this, and since this was actually since it was supposed to be a blog movie I thought my birthday would be the best time, and I suddenly got this idea that I have to make this a book because it's a pretty long story and I also thought that I was going to release the book on my birthday.  AGAIN. and today it hit me. that it's going to take a very long time to release a book, and it's actually a lot of hard work, and I know what you guys are thinking, Neha to publish a book shouldn't you have written a book? well yes! That's right I'm actually almost at the end of my novel and the story is actually very different, well I've always wanted to write a song, and trust me, I've tried! so many times and it was so hard I do not know how to write a song. I can sing it. BUT I cant sing songs. but turns out I'm actually pretty good at writing stories.. I never thought about that before. but this is just so interesting I never thought that I could be a writer,  but also it's exactly like you see in the movies and tv shows it's like your mind is just pouring out words. and some tv shows do really show how hard it is and it's also a very big risk, they show everything, and I was actually watching one of those shows, and that's when it hit me. and now I feel like its vert official somewhat like that, I mean I knew it was official but this time it was very different, and thank you so much for my dad @krmadhukar he's been such a help to me, and I would also like to thank everyone who's believed in me. well, I gotta save something for the author's note.. oh my god I still can't believe I might be a published freaking author!!!! oh and also it's a romance novel its a. bit based on titanic. and it takes place in titanic 2, it's a love story, and it's also a family story and its if you want more information check out the trailer, well it's not the exact as the trailer some things are different, but it might give you an idea for what my book is about if this is a topic you're interested in please do check it out! and its also going to be out on kindle! and you can also buy the paperback. so you guys can read it either way! anyway, that's it for this blog, I hope you guys enjoyed it, and I'll see you guys in the next one ciao!

 hey guys it's me Neha and today I'm going to be talking about skillshare, Skillshare is an online learning community where you guys can educational stuff like you can learn how to use procreate, I'm pretty sure you guys have heard of it since a lot of people are getting sponsored by them on youtube videos, I've been taking a few courses myself and I'm not gonna reveal what the courses are just yet you guys are gonna have to wait until May 20th for that blog!  I'm gonna release it tomorrow at 12am. skillshare is of course not accredited but is Available through subscription, its definitely worth it since there are SO many videos out there on every possible topic, like book publishing, learning grammar, and learning to illustrate on procreating and writing and everything

Body shop product review. By Neha

 Hey guys its Neha and today I’m going to be reviewing body shop products!. I’ve used a lot of body shop products and I’m going to be reviewing them today! So that you guys will know how the products are! 

You guys can also order the products online since the lockdown is going on. The body shop website isn’t that functional, but unfortunately, there isn’t an app in India 

1. The moringa body wash- this was the first Product i ever bought from the body shop. And it’s very nice. It smells pretty good. I’ve bought it twice and i love it. I recommend it. It smells like a fresh morning if you know what i mean. It smells great that’s the point. 

2. Strawberry body butter- i got this along with the shower gel. And this is one of my favourite products. It’s very moisturising and the smell. It smells amazing. It’s pretty self explanatory what it smells like: strawberries. It comes in a very big amount so you guys can use it for a pretty long time. I recommend this especially if you have very dry skin, you guys can use it even if you don’t have dry skin it’s pretty moisturising. I don’t have dry skin and I didn’t see what it said on the back properly and i accidentally bought something that was for dry skin,. Well I started using it cause I didn’t wanna waste it and i actually bought it just before the lockdown last year and I couldn’t return it anyway and i was actually very nice ad moisturising. So you guys can use it even if you have normal skin. 

3. The Jasmine body yogurt: i bought the special Christmas version and it smells literally like jasmine. If you guys like the smell of jasmine you guys could buy it. It’s very strong. If you guys don’t like strong smells, i wouldn’t recommend it. I usually don’t like strong smells too but I actually really liked this one it isn’t too strong. So I would recommend this. If you guys get headaches because of strong smell. Definitely don’t buy this.. but if you have normal tolerance you can buy it, its pretty good 

4. The warm vanilla body yogurt: there was a buy one get one offer when i bought the winter jasmine one and i picked this one out with it. This is just practically heaven. It smells like vanilla. It’s warm. The name is literally perfect. And this is so opposite than the last one. This is very mills and it smells freaking beautiful. It smells like winter. This is my second favourite product. I definitely recommend this. 

5. The mango body yogurt: i dont really like this. I mean it’s not like really bad but its not good. It doesn’t smell like mangoes it smells like… a very different kind of mangoes. And again its a very strong smell, this one is very strong. I was unfortunately very exited and i forgot to smell it when i bought this and now I can’t return it because now there’s a lockdown again. But hey if I didn’t like this you might, its not one size fits all. It’s different for everyone. But if you guys don’t like strong smells this might not be the one for you. 

6. The strawberry shampoo: I didn’t really like it. I don’t think its worth it and my hair was very dry after using it and it wasn’t shiny at all. BUT i do think its natural though. So its actually up to you guys. But i think its natural so that’s a pro! 

7. The olive shower gel: i really like it. I also bought it with the mango body yogurt and guess what?!. Yet again I was too exited and i forgot to smell it and I didn’t like it…. At first. But it actually smells pretty good. It’s very tropical, if you like those kinds of smell. You’ll definitely like this. 

8. British Rose shower gel : this is literally heaven. It smells so freaking good, its my favourite product from body shop!..  its so amazing i love it.. it smells like roses and they’re hand picked roses from British. I would 100 percent recommend this! It’s also very mild. 

9. Oils of life: intensely revitalising cream: this cream is actually my mom’s so I ave no idea what it does., but I’m pretty sure something about brightening and enhancing or maybe its just a moisturiser. I have no idea. So i have also have no idea if i recommend it. Well its smells pretty bad though. That’s just how i feel. Ok i looked it up and its supposed make your skin smoother. And radiant i guess, if you guys are still not sure what is this just look it up for god’s sake 

10. Vitamin e moisturiser: this moisturiser is mine, so I do know what it is,…. It’s a moisturiser. It’s very nice it smells very good. It’s pretty mild. The only co about this is that, its very small.. it’s very small and it’s pretty expensive for such a small amount. But other than that it’s amazing. It’s very moisturising and its also a day cream, I’m pretty sure it doesn’t look very small in the picture, but in real life its actually smaller. So be aware! 

11. White musk fragrance mist: my aunt actually gifted me this, and this is also the only perfume from body shop that i have, it heaven that’s all i have to say, it smells like white, if the colour white would have a smell that’s what this smells like, its super mild and elegant, and i 100 percent recommend this. 

12. Almond milk body yogurt: this smells amazing, like im literally speeches, its also vegan, it smells like almond milk. I definitely recommend this. Its also very mild, always I really like mild fragrances. 

And also i wanted to add in a little disclaimer. I have actually used these products I’m not just reviewing products I’ve never used, also I’m pretty sure I missed out something, well I’ll update it if i did. Titanic 2 trailer! -By Neha

   Hey guys it’s me Neha and the actual plan was that @suhanashetty and I were going to collaborate and we didn’t do that because it wasn’t right. So I’m going to be doing this on my own. And she’s going to be doing something else! 

also, guys, this was supposed to be a blog movie before but I got a far better (OR worse nobody knows) idea to write a book! I have no what happened to the blog, the story was just really big and I thought why not make it into a book! SO here I am, writing a book! I'm just telling you guys that I'm writing a book! there's a different title, and no it's not titanic 2, so maybe drop some guesses in the comment section! 

but surprisingly since this is a book and not a blog movie, but these are actually the characters in the book! so you guys can check it out and maybe guess the movie! also watch the trailer, cause it's the trailer, and once again no! it's not called titanic 2, I mean it was when it was a blog movie, but it's a freakin book now! so the title's different anyway stay tuned!

Roseanne Edward white: Roseanne Is a 17-year-old shy and quirky girl and she is a bit arrogant and also complicated at times

Gloria  Williams: Gloria is a very naïve girl. Who is also 17 years old. And she’s very rough at times.. but she can also be sweet sometimes and she’ll do anything to make you happy!

 

Annebelle smith: Annebelle smith is Roseanne’s granddaughter (not the doll😂😭) and she is a 15-year-old girl who is suffering from cancer. She is a very happy girl who always does anything to make you happy.. kinda like her aunt! 

 Elizabeth  Williams: Emma is Lina granddaughter and she is also best friends with Anne who is also her cousin and she is a very happy girl and she’s also very sad since her best friend has cancer and she’s afraid that she’s gonna die. 

 

Jake Miller: jake is Roseanne’s husband and Anne’s grandfather.

Emma  Williams: she is Lina  daughter and she is just a bit nice but she is also very rough and tough like her mother. The genes pass ON. And she is also dramatic and she died in a house fire and that’s why Elizabeth is taken care by Lina and Jacob 

 

Rachel Smith: Rachel Is Roseanne’s daughter. She is a balanced and extroverted woman and she is very confident and she is very sad since her daughter has cancer and she goes to any extent to make her kids happy. 

Harry Smith: he is Rachel’s husband and he was Rachel’s childhood best friend. And he is also Anne’s father. 

 

Mark Nicole: he’s Emma’s husband and he died in the same house fire as Emma

How to use Canva! YouTube 101! -By Neha

 Hey guys it’s me Neha and today I’m gonna be talking and teaching you guys about Canva. So Canva is an app used for creating posters and other designs. Even for thumbnails of your YouTube videos. When i first started my YouTube channel I didn’t really know what to do,  i was completely lost. I know what you guys may be thinking. “Isn’t your dad a YouTuber?” Yes he is but my dad didn’t teach me anything he didn’t even teach me how to edit and i struggled a lot and i actually got it on the second try. And the reason my dad didn’t teach me is because he wanted me to learn it by myself and I’m glad he did so. 

Anyway i knew only how to edit and use iMovie and i only knew how to use the transitions that were on iMovie I didn’t know that you could do so many other things and the options are endless!. My dad also didn’t know how to use Canva and i was the one who thought him. And this is proved because when you watch my dad’s older videos and compare them with the newer ones for example watch the titanic projector video and watch the first actual projector video and that video hit like 30 thousand views so congrats dad!  Anyway you’ll see that the newer video’s thumbnail is a lot better! 

You guys can use Canva for adding texts and little edits into your video as well. There are so many options in this app.. how i learned about this app was that i used to watch a lot of how to edit on iMovie videos on YouTube and it definitely helped me! You guys could do it too if you want!. But you can totally use iMovie as Final Cut Pro, its almost the same, and the texts in Canva are amazing you can choose different fonts and colours and so many other things you can even add effects on the texts you can make them neon and so much more!

And you can also use this to make presentations and posters and invitations 

And also egreetings! I’m pretty sure this is not the exact egreeting but well its something close to my heart on my dad’s birthday! 

And if you guys are using Canva for texts in your YouTube video or even for the thumbnail you guys have to select the dimensions for 1280 and 720. This is the measurement of the YouTube video that you have to add text on your video that your working on! 

And guys don’t worry if you're really understanding i will make a YouTube series called YouTube 101 and its also on my blog! 

Anyway if you guys want to use text on your video. Unless you have Canva pro you will not get a transparent background and what this means is that. When you wanna add texts to your video you want the background to be transparent. And Canva will not allow it if you have a free account. If you don’t have a transparent background on yout text you will not be able to add it in your video because there will be a white background with it and we don’t want that. So what i usually do for this is that i go to the website called lunapic.     What Lunapic does is that it will add a transparent background to your text

And if you guys don’t wanna use this there’s another website called background remover. Where it will basically do the same thing so it really doesn’t matter what you choose 

And when you go to the website you’re gonna click on transparent and you can upload your picture there and also guys make sure you click on transparent colour and not on transparent area because the white background will still be there in some of the letters. And after you’ve done that you’re gonna click on save  image as png or save image and then you’re done its gonna be saved in your camera roll or in your files if you’re  using a computer but you get the point it’ll be saved and you guys can add it into your video in iMovie!

 hey guys it's me Neha and I'm back with another blog and today I'm going to be talking about my second favorite book- looking for Alaska.. this is the electric debut by the award-winning author of the fault in our stars

so I read this book a couple of months ago and I love it.. yesterday I started re-reading the book again.. 

the after: and tears literally rolled down my eyes and that's how deep it is. I actually didn't know about this book.  but there's a series called looking for Alaska. it's on Hulu and I started researching about it a little and I found out that the story was actually based on this book and I knew that I HAD to read this book.. 

well, I actually delayed buying the book for a while and one day I had to write an essay on my favorite book.. I think so I forgot., I didn't really have a favorite book.. well except a book called Walt Disney and I was on amazon scrolling through books and I found this book! and I knew that I wanted to write an essay on this book. except that I didn't really know the complete story. and anyway I ended up not telling anything. and I ordered this book! well, at least one good thing came out of it. 

this book is also a new york times bestseller.

how the fault in our stars is my favourite book!

hey, guys, it's me Neha, and today I'm gonna be talking about my favorite book.. the fault in our stars and it is the best book I've ever read in my entire life. The Fault in Our Stars is a novel by John Green. It is his fourth solo novel and sixth novel overall. It was published on January 10, 2012. The title is inspired by Act 1, Scene 2 of Shakespeare's play Julius Caesar, in which the nobleman Cassius says to Brutus: "The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars, / But in ourselves, that we are underlings." The story is narrated by Hazel Grace Lancaster, a 16-year-old girl with thyroid cancer that has affected her lungs. Hazel is forced by her parents to attend a support group where she subsequently meets and falls in love with 17-year-old Augustus Waters, an ex-basketball player, and amputee.

id read looking for Alaska before I read this book.. I read it a couple months ago and I think it's great too.. that's where I got to know about this book.. I looked up john green and I found this book., I knew about it since there's a movie about it and it's super famous, and my dad bought this book...

I read it just a little bit and I'm gonna be honest with you. I thought it was very boring. I'd read a couple of pages and I thought it was very boring and well a few months later I read the book again since I was very bored and I tried to give it another chance. and I started reading it and it was amazing. I started reading it at 12am and well I didn't really finish it but I decided to sleep at 4am.. I stayed up almost all night reading it.. well there's a movie called... the same title as the book of course. I saw that movie. so I already knew the story and the book felt very different and it was amazing.. and I definitely cried nearly at the end of the book 

the fault in our stars is an award-winning author john green's most ambitious and heartbreaking work yet. brilliantly exploring the funny, thrilling, and tragic business of being alive and in love 

despite the tumor-shrinking medical miracle that has bought her a few years, Hazel has never been anything but terminal. her final chapter inscribed upon diagnosis. but he a gorgeous plot twist. named Augustus waters suddenly appears at cancer kid support group, hazel's story is about to be completely rewritten 

this book will stay in my heart forever.

and it is the only time I've ever cried...

well after titanic of course.. I mean that is the best movie I've ever seen..

The backstory. Episode 8 season 1 New York City girl BY NEHA

 Hey guys it’s me Neha and i know I haven’t been super active on my big series lately and the reason for that is because I just wanted to give you guys a little break and also because I wanted to write something else because way important things were happening in the world and I also wanted to tell you guys about that.. anyway I’m back and I’m better than ever (even though there’s nothing wrong with me😂) ok so this is the 8th episode I believe of my new blog series “New York city girl”

Episode 8 season 1  

The backstory 

... from the pov of liv: then when I suddenly ask my grandma all the questions. So nana tell me, you had this doll since you were a little girl. And has anything like this ever happened to you? And then she tells me “I hate to say this but yes. It did happen once in 1945. What nana what didn’t you tell me about this? I ask in shock to what she had just said. She says well what happened was that my grandparents gave it to my mother .. when they boarded the titanic. Just before 2 days when they died. And my mother was fortunately a survivor and I knew that nana’s grandparents were survivors of titanic. I’ve always loved that movie and the ship and this my great grandparents were on the ship when they died. And I said nana I knew that. Well not the fact that your mom gave it to you. But I did know that my grandparents were the survivors of titanic and nana says anyway just after a few days when she gave me the doll.. my mother died and i was very sad but I always wondered the cause of her death. The reports say that it was a mild heart attack but she died peacefully in her sleep. But just after she died.... to be continued

the current covid situation and update about the lockdown

 hey, guys, it's me Neha, and today I'm gonna be speaking about what's going on in the world, and p.s if you guys didn't know I'm doing a blog series.. called new york city girl, check it out if you want and I've been giving a little break for the series and I'm doing some other important stuff and what's going on in the world is also very important so here it is

today's headlines are (about covid of course) 

As you guys know there's a lockdown going on in Maharashtra and rumours been going around that maybe there might be a lockdown in Bangalore this weekend now we don't know if this is exactly true but we do know that there is going to be sometime soon. we just have to wait around and see if that's the exact date 

and also I'm pretty sure most of you know that the current  cm of Karnataka Yadeyurappa has gotten corona. he was undergoing treatment in a private hospital for covid 19 infections and he has been discharged after his recovery. he has been discharged after reports of the second test also came out negative. this is the second time he has gotten infected. he also has vaccinated himself of the covid 19 vaccines 

the cases are thrice and twice than last year when the lockdowns had just begun.. I believe it was 2nd April I'm not sure but um pretty sure that's the date. I remember when we had our first exam on 13th March and the news was that there was a covid situation and our school had given us direct promotion. 

and there was a change of the vaccine. vaccines are required every year 

and we all just stay home and stay safe so guys let's cooperate and well taking the slogan from last year
